General Information for travelers

• Guideline itinerary: This may be adjusted depending on weather, traffic, official conditions, or the group's pace.
• We recommend having travel insurance that covers emergencies, evacuation, and cancellations, especially if you are participating in high-altitude or adventure activities.

Health, Altitude, and Preparation

• Altitude and Health: Bogotá is over 2,500 m. If you have conditions such as asthma, heart problems, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before booking.
• What to bring: Comfortable shoes, layered clothing (coat/raincoat), water, sunscreen, identification, and your personal medication.
